Thoughtfully chosen danish brick facade and gable roof harmoniously blend in with surrounding historic landmarks, including Amherst College’s Inn on Boltwood, the historic Grace Episcopal Church, Amherst Town Hall, and the First Church of Amherst.

The project displays it’s modernity with Downtown Amherst’s first photovoltaic array and storefront glass bookending the residential hallways. 26 Spring is currently pending LEED Gold certification and is set to become the future home of Patio—a vibrant sunshine and tequila bar that will enhance the local cocktail scene.
