Opened in 2016, Olympia Place replaced an ill-kept fraternity house with an award winning student housing project at the University of Massachusetts’ doorstep.
Olympia Place is LEED Gold certified, winner of the 2018 Residential Architect Design Awards / Student Housing / Award, and winner of the 2018 AIA Northwest and Pacific Region Design Awards.
