Opened in 2018, One East Pleasant is a mix of Studios, 1 bed, and 2 bedroom apartments. The ground floor features a staffed concierge desk, 24/7 fitness center, lounge with fireplace, and covered and courtyard parking spaces for residents. Protocol and Iya Sushi are retail tenants.

One East Pleasant is in the heart of downtown Amherst with direct access to Kendrick Park and the Historic West cemetery, the final resting place of Emily Dickinson. A 20 foot tall, 150 foot long mural on One East Pleasant’s east side depicts 250+ years of Amherst history.
